An intensive project involving the creation of multiple design outcomes and a final exhibition, where the concept was built around the general lack of knowledge about the possible implications of biotechnology for humans—positive and negative. Instead of taking a neutral position, I created a dystopian future where what would be considered morally wrong has become the norm. This extreme stance provokes people into considering their own opinions, and the interactivity and fictional elements make it accessible. Fantastic Abominations is a theme park, whilst DreamChild is an app; both are normal in the present, making the concepts easy to imagine.

Designing toys, posters, brochures, websites, and apps opened up new methods and materials to me. For example, learning about prototyping software, building a website, and printing on the CNC printer gave me new tools to work with in future projects.
